Peter Joffre Nye’s articles have been published in more than 100 newspapers and magazines, including VeloNews, Sports Illustrated, The Washington Post, and USA Today. He studied at Ball State University and The London School of Economics. Nye started racing in 1960 and rides for the National Capital Velo Club of Washington, D.C.

Mark Tyson’s forty-year passion for cycling and thirty-five years in television made it inevitable that he found himself involved in “The Six-Day Bicycle Race” documentary. He lives in Colorado Springs with his wife and daughter. He exercises his cycling passion and adds to his television experience daily—a tough life, but somebody has to do it.

Jeff Groman owns a bicycle shop and resides on Bainbridge Island near Seattle. He lives with his wife, daughter, dog, and more than 600 bicycles.
